On the first and last floor of a little building in via de Romito, this cosy and bright apartment is the best choice to explore walking the historic city center, for business trips and to take part to events.
Very spacious, finely restored,modern furnished, this apartment overlooks an internal court and maintains features of the ancient Florentine residences, but but it is equipped with all the comforts that will make you feel at home, but far away from the everyday stress.
The apartment is accessed from the street through a flight of stairs (20steps).
Entering the house you are in the wide and bright living room.
The living room is tastly decorated and equipped with a bookcase, tv and a big modern sofa that turns quickly into a very big single bed.
Getting in on the right there’s the modern kitchen, richly equipped with all you need.The kitchen, furnished with table and chairs, leads to the nice terrace. From the living room on the left you can enter the wide bedroom.From the living room a wooden stair leads to the mezzanine , from where you access the second bedroom and the bathroom.A bathroom with shower, and a service room with washing machine complete the apartment.
Via del Romito is the lively central road of Romito district of Florence, which extends just outside the historic center and the ztl (reduced trafic area) and which occupies part of the area between the Fortezza da Basso, Santa Maria novella and the Rifredi area, 20 minutes walk from the historic city center.
